If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it by phone or text message as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hrs before the appointment. Missed appointments that are not canceled, I unfortunately have to charge.

Additionally, for USC members: 

1. appointment cancellations must always be made via olgakochshiatsu.setmore.de, by phone or text message to me personally (0151 25853489) (not via fitogram!).

2. if the check-in on site is not successful (e.g. because the contingent for sepcial check-ins or the daily limit is already exhausted), a fee of 20€ will be charged to compensate.

A Shiatsu treatment does not replace a medical treatment. In case of unexplained symptoms and conditions, please contact your doctor first.
